How to Choose CPU, RAM, NVMe and SAS Disk on a Cloud Server

2 min read 74 reads 3 questions answered

Do not lock resources into a fixed box

The configurator on the KuzeyDC cloud server page lets you grow what you need instead of picking a ready-made Mini or Enterprise box. CPU, memory, NVMe, 7.2K SAS, traffic and port speed are added into one total. The monthly amount is shown on screen; yearly billing is ten times the monthly price.

CPU and memory

  • CPU: 3.20 USD per core each month, from 1 core up to 64
  • RAM: 1.60 USD per GB each month, up to 128 GB

Linux builds can start at 2 vCPU and 2 GB RAM. When Windows Server is selected, the machine cannot go below 4 vCPU, 4 GB RAM and 100 GB NVMe. The Windows license and panel baseline needs that floor, so a smaller Windows order is not offered.

NVMe and 7.2K SAS

NVMe for the system and database disk is 0.08 USD per GB each month. 7.2K SAS sits beside it for archives, backup copies or cold data. It starts at 0 GB and goes up to 3 TB. SAS is half the NVMe price: 0.04 USD per GB. 3000 GB is shown as 3 TB in the summary.

Traffic and port

  • 10 TB of traffic is free; 20, 30, 40 and 50 TB are 4, 8, 12 and 16 USD
  • 1 Gbps is free; 10 Gbps is 20 USD per month

Port speed is a pair of radio choices, not a dropdown. Backup origins, CDN edges and heavy downloads may justify 10 Gbps. Most web and panel workloads start on 1 Gbps.

Try the live total on the cloud server page, then send the same configuration to the cart.
